Quirina has over 17 years of working experience in employment law. Over the years, she has also started to focus on corporate law and commercial rental law. Quirina assists both entrepreneurs and private individuals in a variety of matters. For example, she assists entrepreneurs from various sectors in labour law matters such as reorganisations, takeovers, individual dismissals, changes to employment conditions or employee disability.
Quirina also assists private individuals in labour law matters such as dismissal procedures, wage claims, incapacity for work, whether or not in combination with disturbed employment relationships or (alleged) dysfunctions.
In the consultancy practice, Quirina’s strength lies in finding pragmatic and creative solutions in addition to her excellent knowledge of the business. With the interests of the client in mind, she acts decisively. In the event of disputes, she will explore the possibilities for an amicable solution in the interest of the client. If that is not possible, she will not hesitate to litigate. She therefore has extensive litigation experience.
Quirina worked at Boontje Advocaten before setting up her own firm, Hens & Prins Advocaten, together with a partner in 2011. Quirina joined TLF in April 2019.
