We are here for you to protect your rights or to defend against fines and claims from your customers, suppliers or business partners. We put risk management central in our approach. Do not expect a ‘first strike, then talk’ mentality from us. Legal measures come with a high cost and are, by definition, risky. Moreover, they can often cause a breakdown in relations. Our vision is to only pursue such a legal course of action as a last resort and not before we have gone through all the good and bad possibilities.
